Best pin company out there, I used “other” Norwich based “family” pin providers and was messed around no end with a shoddy product. Pinpals got my order up and going in no time and deliver a professional product. Would def use again!

The ordering process was straightforward and Roger responded to my email questions quickly. I received my washi tape this week and was delighted with it. Great quality product. I'll be ordering more designs in future and would highly recommend. It did take a while to arrive but I wasn't surprised in light of covid that things are slower than they might usually be

PinPals's customer service was amazing, with very quick responses and instant updates. I had quite a short deadline that I needed my pins by and PinPals were able to manufacture and deliver my glittery enamel pins very much in time for that deadline!
